TWD: Raisin Swirl Bread


This week's Tuesdays with Dorie is Raisin Swirl Bread chosen by Food.Baby. Seeing as how I am the only person that likes raisins in the family, I left the raisins out. I did put in the optional cocoa powder and thought about putting in chocolate chips, but after reading that people had problems with the bread falling apart where the raisins were, I left them out. The bread is really good. It reminds me of a piece of cinnamon toast like we had when I was little except less messy. This was really good. I loved it slathered with butter and plain both!
