This week's Tuesdays with Dorie is Dressy Chocolate Loaf Cake chosen by Amy of Amy Ruth Bakes. I haven't tried it yet, but it came together no problem. I used Strawberry Jam instead of Raspberry since my kids seem to think they hate raspberries right now. I froze mine and plan on bringing it on vacation next month, so we'll see how it goes then. But it looks good. And the little bits of cake I trimmed off were tasty and the little swipe of frosting I had from the bowl before I cleaned it, was real good too.

Oh good, at least you had a niblet, cool. I hope your vaca group enjoys. You are so smart to save treats. I just want to eat them right away. Yikes!
