I decided to make individual souffles since last time I did one large souffle. I should have gone with the large one. I burned the babies. They were still ok, but would have been better had they been cooked for the right amount of time.

TWD: Chocolate Souffle
This week's Tuesdays with Dorie is Chocolate Souffle chosen by Susan of She's Becoming Doughmesstic. I've made chocolate souffle before, but not Dorie's. Last week we had hardwood floors installed in the living room and dining room and had almost all of the main floor repainted, so this is a little late.

I decided to make individual souffles since last time I did one large souffle. I should have gone with the large one. I burned the babies. They were still ok, but would have been better had they been cooked for the right amount of time.

Your chocolate souffles look great! I personally like burnt edges and I'm sure they tasted terrific!
